The RoleAs an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key part in delivering a smooth, reassuring, and professional experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit
- Dispensing spectacles and supporting frame and lens selection
- Pre-screening and supporting clinical clinics
- Managing diaries, recalls, and patient queries
- Supporting the smooth running of the practice day to day
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain high standards
This role would suit someone who:
- Has experience as an Optical Assistant
- Enjoys working directly with patients and building rapport
