What We Are Looking For:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Previous experience with children aged 0-5 (employment or placement).

A solid understanding of the EYFS.

A proactive, reliable nature and a genuine passion for childcare.
Your duties will include:

Creating Joy: Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Key Person Duties: Building strong bonds with children and parents, assisting with observations, and tracking progress (full training provided).

Care & Routine: Supporting feeding, sleep routines, and personal care with sensitivity.

Safety First: Maintaining a clean, safe environment and adhering to safeguarding procedures.
