Are you looking for a role where you can put down roots?

We are currently recruiting for a warm, dedicated Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a well-established and supportive Early Years setting. If you are looking to move away from day-to-day supply work and secure a long-term position where you can truly bond with the children and the team, this is the opportunity for you.

About Your New Role: You will be joining a consistent room team, helping to shape a nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. This isn't just about supervision; it's about playing a meaningful part in the early development of children through the EYFS framework.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification.

  • Previous experience with children aged 0-5 (employment or placement).

  • A solid understanding of the EYFS.

  • A proactive, reliable nature and a genuine passion for childcare.

Your duties will include:

  • Creating Joy: Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.

  • Key Person Duties: Building strong bonds with children and parents, assisting with observations, and tracking progress (full training provided).

  • Care & Routine: Supporting feeding, sleep routines, and personal care with sensitivity.

  • Safety First: Maintaining a clean, safe environment and adhering to safeguarding procedures.

In Return, You Will Receive:

  • A permanent contract with a stable schedule.

  • Opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.

  • A supportive leadership team that values supervision and mentoring.

  • A well-resourced, child-centred working environment.

Ready to join the team? Apply today to start your journey.
