Summary
247 Airport Transfer is a minicab company based in London that provides professional airport, port, stations transfer and Home to School transport for children with special educational needs. With increased demand from County Councils, we now have opportunities for PCO licensed drivers to join our friendly team across London and surrounding areas.
We will supply a vehicle, training (as necessary), and access to the most profitable city in the country for car hire. We will provide insurance, maintenance, guidance, expertise, admin, management & anything else necessary to keep you on the road.
We use an advanced software system that will allow you to pick your own jobs from the Driver App for the same day or the next day. You can also accept the jobs "as a package" for the next day, as the Controller will allocate to you in advance the available jobs.
On average, a Full Time driver working with our company will make between £1000-£1500 per week.

Conditions for the New Driver:
Valid PCO and PHV License.
Vehicle must be no older than 5 years.
No more than 6 points on their driving licence.
Enhanced DBS (not older than 3 years).
Additionally, we have several options available for vehicle rental. Please see the details below:
two KIA SPORTAGE GT-LINE PHEV 2023 - Estate, automatic transmission, plug-in hybrid petrol.
Weekly rent with insurance: £260 / £280.
The driver is responsible for fines and damages. Fuel is not included.
£300/£500 deposit (payable in advance or deducted from first pay).
Option for flexible rental - with 43% commission (23% from jobs + 20% for the car).
Mitsubishi Outlander 2021 - estate.
Weekly rent: £190 without insurance or £240 with insurance.
£300 deposit and flexible rental options available.
Rent to Buy Option: Available upon request, with pricing tailored to the vehicle and driver’s interest.
Mandatory Training
Once the induction is complete, you will be scheduled for MIDAS and/or PATS training. This is required by all local authorities and includes:
Safeguarding Training
Paediatric First Aid Training (depending on the authority)
MIDAS training (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) is a nationally recognised certification that ensures safety standards for vulnerable service users. This training is essential as we rely on our drivers for school runs and other local authority work.
! Failure to complete this training will result in termination of the collaboration.
All vehicles are well maintained and PHV-ready, so you can get on the road with confidence.
In order to start you will need the following documents:

⦁ ENHANCED CRB/DBS check, not older than 3 years;
⦁ NINO;
⦁ Driving Licence with no more than 6 points;
⦁ London PCO Licence;
⦁ Proof of address;
⦁ MIDAS or Safeguarding Training Certificate (training will be provided if you don't have it).
