We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented brigade in this bustling kitchen. You'll take ownership of your section, delivering exceptional plates with precision and flair while thriving in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Run your designated section efficiently during service, ensuring consistent high-quality output
-Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
-Contribute to menu development and daily specials
-Maintain impeccable hygiene, health & safety, and stock control
-Support and mentor junior team members
What We're Looking For:
-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or restaurant (rosette-level preferred)
-Strong knowledge of modern British cuisine and passion for local, sustainable produce
-Ability to perform under pressure in a busy operation
-Excellent organisational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
