Main duties and responsibilities
Identify equipment for booking into the workshop maintenance system.
Dismantle, clean, and inspect components, flagging any that do not meet job requirements.
Rebuild equipment to specification, quality plans, and OEM standards.
Conduct testing and inspections to ensure assemblies meet written standards.
Diagnose faults using a systematic approach.
Prepare and maintain reports, RAMS, and job sheets concisely and accurately.
Determine required parts and repairs and ensure necessary materials are available.
Oversee assembly, testing, and documentation of results.
Attend site to troubleshoot and repair installed equipment when necessary.
Provide regular updates to the workshop supervisor regarding job progress.
To be considered for this position you should have STEM Qualification degree the ideal candidate will have. Excellent skills in Design and maintenance of heat pumps
The ability to work as part of team as well and on your own.
Previous pump and component knowledge as well as the ability to use engineering measuring equipment is essential for the role.
Experience, not required as training will be provided.
Monday to Thursday on site and Friday from office
