Inspire Health is looking to appoint an experienced practice nurse to join our very friendly and progressive nursing team. This post has only become available due to retirement. Our team is rare as it is filled with enthusiastic, caring and highly skilled professionals who work incredibly as a team and offer great support to one another. There isn't another like it! As a result it's a very lovely environment to work in despite the pressures faced by primary care. We would ideally like to recruit a team member with experience of long term condition management in primary care, in particular knowledge in the management of asthma and COPD although this is not essential. The Practice Nurse would also have some or all of the specialist clinical skills required to work within primary care such as childhood immunisations, cervical screening, INR's, wound care knowledge etc... For this positionwe would not consider newly qualified nurses or registered nursing associates as we already have a newly qualified nurse and a nurse associate within our team. This is because we have to consider the skill mix and the level of support and supervision required which impacts the existing teams workload.
