1.The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. 2.Ensure that agreed standards of nursing practice within the ward are maintained. 3.Ensure that all Trust and ward Health and Safety policies are adhered to. 4.Ensure that the Trusts Values and Behaviours are adhered to. 5.Maintain personal contact with patients, other health care disciplines, relatives and visitors.
