Inven3 are an independent Cleaning business providing 5 star Commercial Cleaning Services.
We are now recruiting for a part-time Office Cleaning Operative who can cover the following area from January 2026:
Redditch, B98
Part time: 27.5 hours per week (5.5 hours per morning Mon-Fri)
Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour

Duties for this role will include:
Cleaning of Office spaces within a warehouse.
-Vacuuming
-Dusting
-Mopping
-Sweeping
-Litter picking
PPE is Provided.
The successful candidate for this role will:
-Have exceptional customer service skills
-Have strong attention to detail
-Be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to their working responsibilities
-Be able to work independently and as part of a team
-Have good communication skills
Candidates will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK prior to joining our team.
Statutory employment rights, including National Minimum/Living Wage, paid holiday (accrued at 12.07% of hours worked), rest breaks and anti-discrimination protection,.
