Summary
Business Development Manager
• Identify, develop, and implement new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Develop and execute sales strategies, proposals, and negotiations
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics
Staff Management
• Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets
• Assign tasks, set performance objectives, and monitor staff productivity
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
