The Role
As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to people with varying levels of learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. You will promote independence and dignity, empowering people to live life the way they choose.
No two days will be the same. One moment you could be supporting someone with daily activities they find challenging, such as eating or dressing; another moment you could be helping them access local community services such as education, parks, cafes, and shops.

Training and Support
You will receive full training and ongoing support from fellow Support Workers and our dedicated office team. Together, we ensure people with disabilities receive outstanding care and are supported to integrate fully into their local communities.
