Cleansation Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join it. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive customer inquiries and sales. As the voice of Cleansation Limited across social platforms, you will play a critical role in shaping our online presence and enhancing our reputation as a leading cleaning services provider.
Main duties include:
• Build and implement a social media strategy to grow the brand's presence in carpet, leather, and sofa cleaning services.
• Create engaging content showcasing service effectiveness, before-and-after transformations, and eco-friendly solutions.
• Engage with followers, answer inquiries, and build a community around cleaning tips and services.
• Analyze metrics to refine strategies, improve engagement, and drive leads for residential and commercial cleaning.
• Manage paid campaigns targeting both residential and business clients.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Creative thinking with the ability to craft engaging stories and campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Photography, graphic design, or short-form video creation skills are a plus.
