Phoenix Care Staff is currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. Previous experience is essential for this role.

Applicants must have at least 6 months’ experience as a Senior Care Assistant and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering person-centred care
• Showing care and compassion towards residents
• Supporting residents with their basic daily needs
• Providing personal care
• Administering medication
• Completing care plans and paperwork to a high standard
• Observing residents and liaising effectively with other staff
