JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client liaison: Manage client inquiries, scheduling, and updates.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain project documents and procurement records.
• Administrative support: Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and report preparation.
• Procurement assistance: Aid in RFP preparation, supplier coordination, and data management.
• Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support audits.
• Team collaboration: Work with the procurement team to achieve project objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
The ideal applicant will be an experienced Business support officer with a wide knowledge of international trade market. Due to the nature of the job, proficiency in the following is a mandatory requirement for this job:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in business support role.
• Business development & risk analysis experience and record.
• Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM) Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets A solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
