An inclusive and supportive Primary school in Richmond are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join them from January.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working in a provision with children who have autism. The children enjoy learning through play, and you’ll be encouraging them to develop confidence and to interact with their peers. You'll also need to have good knowledge of how to regulate emotions and behaviour.
Some of the children are non-verbal, so as a SEN Teaching Assistant you’ll be using alternative methods of communication.
Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable, but if you’re kind, calm and keen to learn this SEN Teaching Assistant role is for you!
Interviews for this SEN Teaching Assistant role are happening ASAP, so apply now to make a difference in the classroom!
