Crynodeb
• General Administration: Answer telephones, direct calls, manage correspondence, and maintain filing systems in both digital and paper formats.
• Reception Duties: Greet visitors
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and other office essentials, and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
• Diary and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, organise meetings, and assist with travel arrangements for staff as required.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records including invoices, receipts, staff attendance, and confidential files.
• Support to Management: Prepare reports, draft documents, and assist with the preparation of presentations and meeting agendas.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including managing first aid kits and arranging regular safety checks.
This is a full-time, office-based role with standard working hours (typically 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday). Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods. Friendly team environment and opportunities for professional development.
