Key Responsibilities
As Project\Contracts Manager, He\She will be responsible for ensuring that a project is completed safely, within an agreed timeframe and budget. Managing programme of works, you will coordinate closely with architects, surveyors and other building professionals in planning and delivery. You will also be involved in direct range of operations to ensure contractors are working together to an agreed plan and that progress is being made. Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, and organising the schedule of work, costings, and delegate tasks to your team to ensure that each phase of a build goes to plan.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Accredited Degree qualification or minimum 2 years experience. Computer Skills, IT qualification will be advantageous. Must be an excellent team player
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Positive and outwardly ‘can do’ personality
• Ambitious in seeking training and further development particularly to understand our projects and customers.
