Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the practice Leadership, line management, and development of the administrative and non-clinical team Supporting GP Principal with strategic planning and service development Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, NHS contractual requirements, and information governance Managing policies, procedures, and clinical governance frameworks Overseeing patient services, complaints, and feedback in line with NHS guidance Managing workforce planning, recruitment, induction, appraisals, and training Promoting staff wellbeing, engagement, and a positive team culture Liaising with external stakeholders including the PCN, ICB, and other NHS organisations Oversight of IT systems, estates, and health & safety Supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
