- Deliver engaging and effective Tutoring sessions to students, tailoring instruction to their individual needs and learning styles
- Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods as necessary
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff to discuss student performance, challenges, and achievements
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Tutor or educator, with a track record of improving student performance
- Strong knowledge of the British educational system and curriculum
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
