Our client is an Automotive franchise-approved car dealer group and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Salisbury area.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £32,000.

- Starting salary around £32,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).

Duties:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment, however, they have said they're willing to consider candidates outside the motor trade, provided they have a full clean UK driving license with minimal points and a strong track record in a similar customer service-oriented role.
To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
