The Role
Can you make a positive contribution by supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities, autism & mental health in their own home, to lead an independent and meaningful life?
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of support workers in Tameside.
We require people who have the skills to work with individuals who can sometimes challenge services, and/or have very complex needs.
Full training will be provided in PROACT SCIP (Positive Range of Options to Avoid Crisis and use Therapy Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention, manual handling techniques, and positive behavioural support.
About You
You must have the availability and flexibility to work irregular hours such as weekends and bank holidays all of which are done on a Rota system.
