What You'll Be Doing
As Managing Director, you will:
- Oversee theday-to-day operationsof a UK-wide project management business.
- Lead, grow, and developa high-performing team.
- Drivebusiness development, winning new contracts across public and private sectors.
- Overseepublic procurement, tendering, and major bid submissions.
- Ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Implement effectivedigital systemsfor remote workflows.
- Report performance and growth directly to the Group Company Director.
What They're Looking For:
- 10+ years in Construction Project Management.
- Strong experience inpublic sector contracts and tendering.
- Sales-driven mindset with ambition to grow a business.
- Excellent people skills and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and inspire.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel toEdinburghfor monthly meetings and travel to client sites when needed.
- Comfortable operating in aremote, digital-first environment.
