Monitor key sales metrics, sales pipeline progress, and performance against targets.
Prepare regular sales reports with insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Recommend adjustments to sales tactics based on evolving market conditions.
Guide junior sales team members through coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback to help them achieve targets and develop professionally.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
