Early shift- 07:00 - 15:00
Late shift - 13:00-21:00
The Best Connection are working in partnership with Harrods at their Thames Valley Distribution Centre based in Thatcham.
We are recruiting for Administrator to join a busy warehouse environment that supports Harrods flagship store in Knightsbridge as well as their online orders and boutique stores.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis.
- Work with the SAP system for stock management and tracking.
- Work with the SAP system to complete and process customer returns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Working effectively in a team and using initiative.
Requirements
- Must have good Office 365 knowledge
- Previous experience with administrative tools.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
