Crynodeb
The BIS will: Analyse and interpret highly complex datasets to monitor performance, productivity, and efficiency across CMG services. Develop intelligent and predictive systems that enable proactive performance management. Design and maintain data reporting mechanisms and dashboards to support evidence-based decision-making. Present analytical findings and recommendations confidently to senior clinical and non-clinical audiences. Lead on the development of capacity planning, market assessment, and forecasting models. Work closely with other Business Intelligence and Informatics teams to complement existing services and enhance data-driven insights. Support cost improvement initiatives through innovative use of data and analytics. Conduct investigations into sensitive areas of performance and provide evidence-based solutions. Uphold standards in data accuracy, confidentiality, and communication, ensuring outputs are aligned with Trust objectives and governance policies. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and strong communication skills to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
