If you are someone who wants to: Genuinely get to know your patients so you can provide the best possible care Be an active part of the effective running of the practice Benefit from a well-established multi-disciplinary team including pharmacists, first contact physios, health and wellbeing coaches, and social prescribers Contribute to a high functioning PCN that is making a real difference to the services we provide to patients, and has recently expanded to three practices; and be part of a practice where the staff wellbeing is a real thing and not just words (as shown by the staff wellbeing committee which which has arranged a full advent calendar of events for December) and all GPs meet every day at 12 15 pm then maybe one of these positions is for you?
