As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role
- Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets
- Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
- Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
- Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
- Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping
- Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
- Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly to your manager
About You
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach
- A team player who works well with colleagues and customers
- Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards
- Able to work effectively on your own initiative
- Strong leadership skills
- Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations
- Full Manual Driving License
