Summary
We are looking for a female Support Worker/Carer to support HG, a service user living in the Denton area of Tameside.
HG suffers from a number of physical health conditions that mean she requires support to keep on top of her household with two young children and dogs to care for.
She requires support around the home, but would also like support to engage in more social and fitness activities such as going to the gym, walking or swimming. She is due an operation in the new year and will need some support to get back in to doing daily activities.
If you are an encouraging and outgoing Support Worker who could make a positive difference in supporting HG, please get in touch.
The role:
• 6 hours per week, these are flexible and can be mutually agreed between yourself and HG. There is potential for these to increase up to 14 hours.
• There will be additional hours available if the support is working well and can be discussed over time.
• £13.25 per hour
• Funding can be requested for suitable training courses.
• Car driver preferred.
