To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for an Audit and Risk Officer.
An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your expertise will strengthen both housing and care operations, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with the Care Inspectorate Health and Social Care Standards as well as relevant housing regulatory requirements.
The Audit and Risk Officer will assist the Audit and Risk Team Leader to develop and implement processes across the group with a focus on optimising efficiency, productivity and service quality.

The role
As an Audit and Risk Officer you will:
Assist the Audit and Risk Team Leader to develop and implement processes across the group with a focus on optimising efficiency, productivity, and service quality
• Assist the Audit and Risk Team Leader to oversee quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives, taking a lead role in conducting audits and managing the Support and Care annual audit programme.
Ensure that the group is committed to delivering as one Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of their customers

About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
An HND qualification (or relevant experience) in a relevant subject
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and auditing processes
Report writing skills with proven ability to analyse, interpret and present data
Proven interpersonal and networking skills to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers
Proven ability to prioritise and manage workloads
Strong focus on targets and outcomes, with the ability to work to deadlines
The ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
Customer focus, with professional and positive attitude and a flexible approach to work
