We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Head Barista and Server to join our team. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, assist with food service, and provide excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will also be given management tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
-Take food and drink orders and deliver them to tables promptly-
-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and service areas
-Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
-Engage with customers in a warm and professional manner
-Management capabilities: stock take, staff training, Health & Safety checks and documentation.
Qualifications:
-Previous barista & customer service experience is required
-Strong communication, management and multitasking skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
-Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
