What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting pupils in both one-to-one and small-group settings across the school.
• Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and resilience in pupils.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.

We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children (school-based experience is an advantage but not essential).
• A patient, supportive, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to meet the needs of different learners.
