YOUR ROLE



Our Corby-based operation is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Stock Team Administrator where you will ensure the smooth and efficient entry of all stock and location data, prepare and check all stock reports and maintain the integrity of the stock systems and maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients.



This is a Monday to Friday role 7AM to 3PM or 9AM to 5PM.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



Reporting into the Stock and System Supervisor you will handle daily communication with clients and work closely with internal teams to resolve stock issues efficiently. You will also manage incoming calls and emails, maintain strong client relationships, and provide clear updates on order and stock queries. A key part of the role involves producing accurate reports for line managers, investigating stock discrepancies, and ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved quickly. You will contribute to the smooth running of the stock function by supporting operational targets, maintaining precise inventory counts, and demonstrating a positive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.



You will be working as part of a collaborative team, liaising with Operations, Inventory, and Systems Managers to keep everything running smoothly. Training will be provided as needed, but strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised under pressure are essential for success in this role.



This roles pays up to £25,076 per annum.



WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



Our ideal candidate will bring previous experience in administration and/or stock control, with the ability to work accurately and stay organised in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities, enabling you to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external clients. You will be IT literate and confident using Excel for reporting and data checks, and comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems.
