We’re looking for a Senior Yoga Instructor to join our team, supporting Third Space clubs across London. This is a key position for an experienced instructor who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality Yoga classes while also contributing to the development of our instructor team and Yoga offering.

What You'll Do
- Deliver up to 17 hours of Yoga teaching per week across multiple Third Space clubs, adapting to the needs of the business, with additional hours dedicated to programming, mentoring, and operational support.
- Mentor and support instructors through feedback, onboarding, and regular development sessions.
- Ownership of instructor auditions, education days, and upskill workshops.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of class manuals and training materials.
- Engage with members and staff in-club, helping to build a strong Yoga community across sites.
- Champion the use of internal tools such as the Cover App and support cover coordination where needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 500 hours training (essential).
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
