Crynodeb
This role requires the individual to assess service users needs, identify effective OT plans and implement them. In order to do this the post holder will need an understanding of the complex needs and treatment approaches relevant to this patient group. You will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of multidisciplinary colleagues and agencies. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for full details.
