Cover Teacher (Unqualified Teachers Welcome!)
Location: Coventry
Company: Zoosh Education
Salary: £110 per day
Contract: Ad hoc - Days as required, 8:30am - 15:30 pm usual timings
Start Date: January 2026 - July 2026
We are looking to recruit a Cover Teacher for our Primary Schools in the Coventry area. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who can offer skills in basic ICT / Computing, Music, Spanish, Drama & PE.
At Zoosh Education, we specialise in delivering high-quality educational support to primary schools, enriching children’s learning through creative and engaging subjects. We are now looking for a motivated and dynamic Cover Teacher, ideally with the ability to deliver lessons to Primary age children in the above subjects.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Cover Supervisor to assist with PPA Cover. No formal teaching qualifications are required—just a love for education and learning, confidence leading groups, and strong communication skills!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering fun, engaging and interactive lessons
Managing classroom behaviour to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Building strong relationships with pupils, school staff, and colleagues.
Providing feedback on student progress using TeachTool.

A passion for teaching and working with children.
The ability to make lessons fun, engaging, and accessible for young learners.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
