Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and managing high-performing teams? Do you have a strong background in mechanical and electrical operations? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Reporting to the M&E Coordination Team Manager, you’ll lead a team coordinating cyclical servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations across heating, electrical, and facilities services. You’ll ensure efficient scheduling, manage performance, and drive customer satisfaction across every touchpoint.

Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and South West — all backed by the scale and ambition of the Bromford Flagship group.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading a team of coordinators in delivering an excellent and efficient M&E service.
  • Working closely with customer delivery and programme managers to schedule and deliver works effectively.
  • Monitoring daily operations to ensure targets are met and services are delivered within regulatory requirements.
  • Handling complex maintenance issues and complaints through to resolution.
  • Supporting team development, coaching, 1-2-1s, and recruitment.
  • Assisting in the rollout of new technology and systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing teams in a customer-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of M&E operations and electronic scheduling systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
  • Confident using MS Word and Excel, and skilled in analysing data.
  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • A willingness to work flexibly.

Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required.

Benefits package

  • Salary: £33,000 per year, with an annual salary review
  • Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets
  • Annual leave: 27 days per year, plus bank holidays, with an option to buy or sell up to 5 days
  • Pension options: Choose from two pension schemes, with employer contributions of up to 10%
  • Personal benefits fund: £500 annual allowance for benefits such as private medical insurance, dental treatment, critical illness cover, or gym membership
  • Wellbeing Support – not just for you, but also for your partner, children, parents, and siblings. Plus, access to a free app with virtual GP services and mental health resources.
  • Retail discounts: Save money on groceries, clothing, electronics, and more
  • Family Leave – supporting colleagues with parental and dependant responsibilities, including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, dependent care, and carers’ leave.
