We're looking for a Section Engineer to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you'll ensure technical compliance with design specifications, managing your assigned section of the project so it's delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - site basedContract: Permanent, full-time 45 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Section Engineer, you'll take ownership of technical compliance and support successful project delivery.
Your day-to-day will include:
-Managing and coordinating civil engineering works including earthworks, drainage, highways, structures, and utilities
-Supervising staff and assisting management to meet programme and specification requirements
-Ensuring safety and compliance with Kier Highways SHEA Policy, legal standards, and industry best practices
-Leading planning and stakeholder coordination during design and construction phases, including temporary works and resolving technical issues
-Monitoring quality and contractor performance through site inspections, enforcing standards, and ensuring accountability
What are we looking for?
This role of Section Engineer is ideal if you have:
-A relevant construction-related degree or HNC qualification
-A valid CSCS card
-Strong understanding of temporary works and construction methodologies
