Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative, to join our well-established and growing cleaning business in the Dorset area.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 30 hours per week, at £13.44 per hour.
Are you an experienced cleaning supervisor who enjoys variety in your day and takes pride in maintaining high standards?
We’re looking for reliable and flexible Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team supporting a portfolio of schools and council buildings across Staffordshire – including libraries and other public service sites.
Hours:
Contracted to 30 hours per week.
Hours will fall between 06:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday
Daily shift patterns will vary based on site requirements, agreed weekly with your manager (no more than 7 hours per day)
You must be available to work 52 weeks a year.

Access to own vehicle
Flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
