We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated individual to join our welcoming EYFS team. The role involves supporting children’s learning within our preschool, with occasional support in Year R when needed.

Our recent visit from DfE representatives highlighted our commitment to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning from the very start of each child’s education. They praised our engaging learning environments and the dedication of our passionate team.

We are seeking someone who:

Has a solid background in Early Years education
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years childcare qualification and Level 2 Maths/English
Ideally has a paediatric first aid qualification (or is willing to complete training)
Is passionate about delivering a high-quality early years experience for our Ryde community

In return, Haylands offers:

Wonderful children who love to learn through play
A dedicated and supportive team that values your wellbeing and professional growth
The chance to make a meaningful impact within our unique and vibrant community

Visits to the pre-school are welcome
