shoezone has an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team based in Leicester. You will join us on a zero hour contract.

Flexibility is required to support the Customer Services team on weekdays and weekends.

We are a town centre, retail park and digital footwear retailer, offering low price and high-quality footwear for the whole family, with free next day delivery on all orders, seven days a week. We operate from 270 stores and have approximately 2,200 employees across the UK.
Our store portfolio consists of 72 town centre stores, which stock the core shoezone product range and 155 hybrid town centre stores and 45 larger retail park stores which also stock additional brands such as Skechers, Hush Puppies and Kickers.
shoezone.com, which stocks online exclusive footwear, combined with our store network and marketplaces, ensures a full multi-channel offering for great customer service.
During an average year we sell 14.5 million pairs of shoes per annum at an average retail price of £13.
You
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor who is friendly, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a cheerful and confident manner. Your telephone manner will be positive, professional and calm. Ideally you’ll have a GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English and you will need to know your way around Microsoft Office. Previous Customer Service and/or retail experience is desirable.
The Job
Working within our fast paced and hardworking Customer Services Team you will handle all day to day enquiries from our customers web and stores to ensure the best possible outcomes and see each query through to its conclusion.
Responsibilities
Resolving email and live chat enquiries
Answering customer telephone calls
Responding with customer queries on social media
Liaising with couriers to resolve delivery enquiries
