Summary
Be the first point of contact for patients, general practitioners and optometrists throughout the referral process Regularly liaise with primary, community and secondary care providers using a mix of telephone and online e-referral, NHS and in-house IT systems Process referrals Book patients appointments using the booking system Performing ad hoc administration duties as necessary Working effectively and efficiently to the CHEC standards
