Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces? We’re Ethos Group Services Limited, a trusted local cleaning company, and we’re looking for a mature, dependable team member to join us in keeping offices shining across Greenock, Gourock, Wemyss Bay, and Port Glasgow.
* Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
• Flexible Hours: Choose between 10–25 hours per week – ideal if you want part-time work that fits your life.
• Local Work: All sites within Greenock, Gourock, Wemyss Bay & Port Glasgow – no long commutes!
• Supportive Team: Work alongside friendly, respectful colleagues who value experience and reliability.
• Full Training Provided – even if you haven’t cleaned offices before, we’ll show you the Ethos way.
* What We’re Looking For:
• Reliability for our clients
• A full UK driving licence – a big advantage (helps with travel between sites).
• Availability for morning or evening shifts (we’ll work around you).
• Positive attitude & eye for detail – no prior office cleaning experience required.
* Pay & Perks:
• Starting at National Minimum Wage (age-appropriate rate) – paid monthly.
• 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata).
• Uniform, equipment & cleaning products provided.
• Regular hours once settled – same sites, same routine.
* Where You’ll Work:
Modern, quiet offices in Greenock, Gourock, and Port Glasgow – think banks, solicitors, small businesses. Light, pleasant environments – mostly solo or paired work.
