Link3 are seeking an exceptional Primary Maths Subject Specialist to join a thriving school community in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven leadership experience to make a significant impact on the teaching and learning of mathematics across the primary phase.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the teaching of mathematics across the school.

Inspire and support colleagues to deliver high-quality, engaging maths lessons.
•
Drive curriculum innovation and ensure progression in pupils’ mathematical understanding.
•
Monitor and evaluate standards, using data to inform practice and raise attainment.
•
Contribute to the wider leadership of the school, supporting whole-school priorities.
Essential Requirements
•
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
•
Strong track record of outstanding classroom practice in primary maths.
•
Demonstrable leadership qualities with experience in leading a subject or team.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Commitment to inclusive education and raising achievement for all pupils.
