What you'll do
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and supervise the cleaning team across all campuses to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures including risk assessments.
- Monitor cleaning quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety.
- Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies
- Seek out new innovative cleaning systems with sustainability being at the forefront of everything we do.
- Provide training and support to our amazing teams of cleaners
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Above all a flexible approach.
- Previous experience of a cleaning management role.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
What else do you need to know?
- Flexibility around hours is key for this role. You will need to be willing to have early starts at 7am.
- We can accommodate someone looking to work less than all year round, up to 44 weeks potentially for the right candidate
