Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and booking outpatient appointments for The Parapet Breast Service, Radiology, Oncology, and Plastic Surgery teams. They will play an active role in the implementation of new appointment systems, as well as the ongoing review and optimisation of existing processes to ensure efficient and effective patient flow.
In addition, the post holder will support the Trust in meeting key performance targets and service standards. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the role involves daily communication with patients, clinicians, and both internal and external stakeholders.

The main duties of the role will be:
• Arranging appointments over the telephone with patients
• Booking patient appointments from waiting lists
• Rescheduling and cancelling appointments at short notice, when required
• Liaising with clinical admin, consultants from multiple specialties and CNS teams
