A gentleman is looking for a personal assistant, to support him with socialisation and outings on a day-to-day basis. As a personal assistant you will be required to provide support in a range of areas including but not limited to:
Support with medication, shopping, socialising, going to cafes, pubs and eating out as this is what I enjoy. Support with managing money and topping up my electricity. Able to plan routes and be comfortable on public transport.
Provide reassurance and occasional prompts around daily routine, cooking, maintaining habitable home and managing safety around the house.
Looking for someone to be open to get to know me, to be understanding, patient and flexible. Reliable and punctual. Experience of working as a Personal assistant is not necessary but keen learner would be an advantage. If you are friendly, enthusiastic, motivating, and caring and want to support someone to remain independent, this job is for you!
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by employer) and references.
Shift Pattern:
Hours are as above and flexible between Monday to Sunday. Times to be agreed with employer.
