Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 | 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00–13:00 (paid at 1.5x)
Extras: £2,000 joining bonus + guaranteed bonus during annual leave

If you’re confident with diagnostics, repairs, servicing and hybrid systems—or want to develop in these areas—this is an excellent opportunity with a leading Toyota retailer.
You’ll work with the latest tools and technology in a modern workshop, supported with manufacturer training and real career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs
- Complete maintenance, software updates, and hybrid/EV work
- Road test vehicles and complete quality checks
- Maintain accurate job documentation and follow safety standards
- Support junior technicians and apprentices
- Work efficiently to achieve productivity and first-time fix targets
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in diagnostics, repairs and servicing
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Confident working towards workshop productivity targets
- Willingness to develop hybrid/EV expertise
- Full UK driving licence
