Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £32,000 | 42.5 Hours per week, all year round

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- A warm, caring, and inclusive approach with great communication skills
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based play

- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Observe, assess, and reflect on children’s learning and development
- Work collaboratively with your room team and wider nursery staff
