What you’ll do:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Mess, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Motivate and lead your team, ensuring excellent customer service
- Organise hospitality functions, dinners, and events
- Assist the Manager with training and managerial tasks
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
- Ensure smooth running of all front-of-house duties.
What we’re looking for:
- UK resident for the past 3 years
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous supervisory or hospitality experience is desirable .
