Design Technology Technician
Grade 4, SCP 6 – 11, 37 hours per week (08.00 am – 15.10 pm), 39 weeks a year

We are seeking a practical, creative Design & Technology Technician with a passion for supporting education, dedicated and eager to join our dynamic team. Required from February 2026 an enthusiastic and experienced technician to support the Design Technology curriculum area across years 7 to 9, KS4 and KS5. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain equipment, tools, and materials for Design & Technology lessons. • Support teachers and students during practical sessions, ensuring a safe and productive environment. • Assist in the development of teaching resources and displays. • Maintain and monitor stock levels, placing orders as required. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to join our school.
