The Echelford Primary School is a large, friendly, three form entry primary school in Ashford, Surrey with a diverse catchment and a wonderful team spirit. We have a strong reputation for working collaboratively with other local schools and are constantly on the look-out for opportunities to enhance our provision. We are a member of the Lumen Learning Trust, a trust that puts the children's needs at the heart of its provision. We are committed to enabling children to become successful lifelong learners and happy, fulfilled adults who can make positive choices about their future. The right candidate will be joining a strong, professional team of enthusiastic staff who will work alongside you in a supportive and constructive way. The Echelford Primary is looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to help manage our Wraparound Club.
We are:
• A Good school (re-inspected November 2021) on its journey to Outstanding
• A cohesive school, where staff and governors are supportive;
• An innovative school with excellent facilities.
We are looking for a candidate who:
• Wants to create a provision that is stimulating, safe, caring and creative.
• Has a good level of written and spoken English, is numerate and IT literate.
• Is able to lead the organisation of Wraparound Club adhering to the schools' policies around safeguarding.
• Is able to lead and work as part of a team and use own initiative
Hours & Salary:
• 3pm – 6pm three afternoons per week and 7.30am - 8.30am three mornings per week, term time only. 12 hours week. Flexibility around these hours may be considered.
• This is a term time post (38 weeks including 1 week training)Echelford School is part of the Lumen Learning Trust.
